Faena Hotel Buenos Aires

I had an amazing stay at the Faena Hotel in Buenos Aires. The hotel's dark and sultry vibe created an incredible atmosphere that I absolutely loved. The pool area was great and provided a relaxing environment. The empanadas were divine, and although the service was a bit slow, the two ladies working were efficient. The Rojo Tango show was fantastic and a must-see. I had a great time during my stay.

Spectacular breakfast with raw honey and champagne. Hotel combines Fasano and Copacabana Palace levels of service and elegance. Unique interior decoration in a former factory. Impeccable service and attentive staff, fluent in English. Ideal location close to the airport, Puerto Madero, and the Nature Reserve. Multiple restaurants and a pool. Super comfortable rooms. Excellence in every little detail.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The rooms were super comfortable and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

This hotel fulfilled all my exclusive luxury needs, with its excellent service, outdoor swimming pool, and spa lounge. The massage I received was top-notch and left me feeling completely relaxed. The location advantages were also a plus, with easy access to the best restaurants and shops.

The room service was slow and inattentive. Despite the other exclusive amenities, I found it disappointing that the continental breakfast was not up to par with other 5-star hotels.

Real problem of maintenance in the broad sense ... I had to ask 3 times that the bulbs that were not working be changed, one of the blinds was broken and despite my various complaints nothing has been done ... the management has kindly apologized but nothing has been repaired for all that ... the wifi does not always work in the restaurant ... Final detail of maintenance . the invoice printer was not working at the time of the check out :). I asked to receive the invoices by mail . to date still nothing received.

I had an amazing stay at Faena. The location in Puerto Madero was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The on-site amenities, including the gym and restaurants, were top-notch. The highlight of my stay was attending the Rojo Tango show, which was a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Buenos Aires.

hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of Puerto Madero and Ecological Reserve Park, in my opinion ideal for a second part of your stay. It boasts an extraordinary terrace, well appointed, relaxing after the hustle and bustle of the surrounding works and incessant traffic in Buenos Aires. Splendid swimming pool to cool down (does not allow swimming). Its extravagant decoration (Philippe Stark) contrasts with the building, former docks, perfectly rehabilitated. Its charming and attentive staff is very appreciable and rare in a luxury hotel. Finally, several solutions to eat: room service whose punctuality is to be underlined, snack around the excellent swimming pool, delicious brasserie restaurant whose staff is once again extremely professional and kind, untested Stark restaurant (plan evening dress which should be specified, all Buenos Aires is rushing there).

Bathroom and toilet very design but very impractical and really limits in terms of intimacy. dark hotel during the day (a lot of charm in the evening). bling bling clientele rather unbearable (the hotel is not responsible for it but to be known). remains quite noisy for a hotel of this category because of the considerable works in the area and traffic during the week. price really very high with regard to the services.

The hotel had a great pool bar and restaurant, perfect for enjoying a drink or a meal by the pool. The breakfast in the morning was also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the neighborhood felt very safe and we were able to walk around without any concerns.

The rooms were a disappointment. The city view we paid extra for turned out to be a view of the deck and part of the hotel.

The hotel offers a great breakfast with fresh fruits and excellent espresso, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful pool area, well-equipped gym, and a cool club.

The location is also in a good area, not far from the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the city. the rooms offer a comfortable stay with well-functioning en-suite bathrooms and attentive service. The breakfast is superb, with a buffet and table service, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

I stayed at a trendy hotel in a great neighborhood. The location was perfect, with The Market restaurant and the white themed restaurant nearby. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a variety of delicious options. The hotel also had a pool and bar with great drinks. it was a pleasant experience.

The piano bar staff was not accommodating when it came to the guests interacting with the piano.
